User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any personal mantra or instruction received
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• Respect other participants and instructors
• Follow the guidelines and instructions provided by our certified instructors
• Not record, photograph, or share proprietary instruction methods without permission

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

Payment for TM instruction is required at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the registration process.

Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our TM instruction. If you are not satisfied with your instruction within 60 days of completing the basic course, you may request a full refund. Refunds for other services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in additional fees or restrictions on future bookings.

Intellectual Property

The Transcendental Meditation technique is a proprietary method protected by trademark and other intellectual property laws. The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Meltriva or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and instruction. Your personal mantra and meditation experiences are private and will not be shared with others without your explicit consent.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, peaceful environment for all participants. Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate may result in removal from sessions without refund. This includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Disruptive behavior during instruction or group sessions
• Misuse of the TM technique or sharing proprietary information
• Any behavior that compromises the learning environment
